three frogs Answer this riddle: Three frogs are sitting on a lily pad. One decides to jump off. How many frogs remain on the lily pad?
If you said three, you’re right. Deciding to jump off and actually doing it are two completely different things.
The most powerful engine in the world will not generate any movement until someone has the knowledge, ability, and desire to start it up. Once started, the engine can take you into space. Your career is the same. You can have all the talent in the world, but you will not generate any upward movement until you decide to put the talent into action.
