The Coaching Business

As coaches, it’s important to understand and realize why we got into the business. We all have different reasons for why we got into the business and when it comes to new jobs, it’s important that we think about the change we’re about to endeavor. We all know that coaching is a lifestyle and that lifestyle affects our loved ones greatly. Remember there are two sides to the coaching carousel. The positive and negative. Make the right decision for you and your family, so you can be on the positive side of the carousel. I know as competitors it’s hard not to jump to the next best thing, but you have to analyze and think big picture.
